HIDE AND GO SEEK WITH PERCY AND ANNABETH

Annabeth's eyes were eating up the words going a mile a minute. Then she glanced at the clock and grinned. "Feeding Time Percy! Where's Thomas Peter Jackson?"

"Hee hee. I don't know." The answer came out of no where and Annabether looked around suspiciously.

"Percy! Where is our baby?" Annabeth yelled sharply as she slammed her book on the round, wooden kitchen table.

"Hee hee," was her answer.

Annabeth grinned devilishly then began to walk around her kitchen. It was a bright, small, cozy space with light blue walls and glass subway tile backsplash. There were wood block countertops and pendent lights hanging form the low celiing. Percy had to bend his head down ever so slightly at times in the kitchen. Annabeth peeked in all the cupboards and tapped her chin mockingly. "Oh where could they be?"

"Hee Hee hee."

Annabeth tilted her head listening for the sound. She walked toward the kitchen table.

"Hee hee hee."

She stepped backward and went into the living room.

"Hee hee hee," came from the oppisite direction.

Annabeth whipped around and looked under the table. Nothing. Then she tried the bathroom. She went inside the shower. Empty. Annabeth looked under every cushion, and on every shelf but still her search was in vain. "Come on Percy. Come out or I'll... or I'll contact my mother! Athena will hear about this!"

Funny how quick Percy showed up with the baby, "Right here Annie, there's no need to go to your mother."

Annabeth tucked Tom in her arms and kissed Percy. "Oh allright then."

Percy grinned and tried to conceal a certain Yankees cap behind his back.
